This Privacy Policy explains how Video Speeder (the "App") handles data when you use it inside Canva.

1. What data we process

The App processes the video you select on your Canva canvas in order to change its speed. We don't require an account, login, or any personal information to use the App. We don't use analytics or tracking within the App.

2. How your video is handled

When you use the App:

• Your video is downloaded to our processing server for the sole purpose of changing its speed.
• The sped up result is temporarily stored so that Canva can retrieve it and add it to your design.
• Once Canva has confirmed it received the processed video, we delete our copy immediately. As a safety net, an automated job also removes any leftover files after a short period, even if the immediate deletion step fails for any reason.
• We don't view, retain, sell, or share your video content for any purpose other than processing your request.

3. Third parties involved in processing

To provide the App, we use the following infrastructure providers, who briefly handle your video data only as part of the processing described above:

• Render - runs the server that changes the video's speed.
• Supabase - provides temporary file storage used to hand the processed video back to Canva.

These providers don't have any independent right to use your video content; they only store or process it as needed to deliver the App's functionality to you.

4. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
