Common issues

• My video won't process: the App currently supports source videos up to 90 seconds long, with a maximum processed output of 50MB. Longer or larger videos aren't supported yet, but we're working on increasing these limits.
• The button stays disabled: this usually means your video is still uploading to Canva, or it doesn't fit within the current size and duration limits. Wait a few seconds and try again.
• Processing is slow: processing typically takes 5 to 60 seconds depending on video length and current load.
